Mi Sombrero Restaurant

I love this place. Everything I've ever ordered from here has been perfect. It's a very comforting atmosphere, like the home atmosphere I'm used to.
If you're craving Mexican food, you can't do any better than this

I had the huevos rancheros and it was so delicious! The service was excellent as well. Just an overall GREAT experience. I will definitely go back again 🥰

This 4th of July and we were blessed to find Sombrero restaurant OPEN for business on Jackson/Ridge Road in McAllen. We were a party of four; my wife, her sister, my brother law and I. We weren’t actually sure about this restaurant because none of us had been there before. Thank GOD 🙏🏼 our experience turned out to be a good one. Overall the restaurant was clean, the staff and our waitress was helpful, friendly, and attentive. Each plate was freshly cooked to our satisfaction (see attached photos). We were all in agreement that the prices were satisfying to say the least. Today, Sombrero’s fulfilled our expectations and for that reason we plan to return. It was so good, I felt it was only right to take time to endorse Sombrero’s Restaurant and celebrate the good food that was served. Honestly, I won’t rate a bad experience because I don’t believe in bringing a business down by bad mouthing them. I prefer in that case to address my complaint directly with the manager so any problem I experience can be corrected on the spot. The world is full of bad news, we choose to celebrate the good. Thank you to all the Sombrero restaurant staff and owner and May God continue to bless and prosper your restaurant.

They listened to and accepted modifications. Did take out and got a ~15 minute wait time for 4 plates. Very good.
