“The only reason I rated this place a 2 star in service was that I live about 7 miles from this place and I ordered an unsweetened tea with my meal. Due to the fact I can't consume sugar. Got home and again, surprise I got a sweet tea. Had to throw it away and had to drink my meal with a cup of water.”

“I would have shown my marvelous plate but indeed it was all gone. Got some chilli cheese fries to take home. I had the enchiladas and they were amazing! My friend ordered the "shipwreck which was also devoured.. Bursting with flavor! If you wanna relax to the aesthetic sounds of a busy diner + some wholesome food I highly recommend kenos. Our waitress was also amazing and very fast. Good service”

“5 star service! Unlimited options: you can basically create your own plate for $12 - good luck doing that anywhere else. I got fajitas and ribs. Fajitas were the better of the two. The Onion Blossom was OK, I definitely applaud the effort as it’s not something every restaurant has. I would try the spiral fries next time.”

“We got the Mother of Pearl Shrimp Tacos and the Coconut Shrimp. Both were amazing! The tacos come with a broth (birria style) that is amazing and not greasy. The coconut shrimp was crispy and tasty. The lady taking the order was courteous and they were playing great music to have a great lunch outside. Will definitely be going again.”

“I went on a vacation to the Valley and found this restaurant on the fly while looking at maps. The Mexican architecture and the food were calling my name, so we went. I'm really glad we came. The food was delicious, and the ambiance was on point. I recommend the mole Enchiladas, but it doesn't seem like you can have a bad choice. Once I was done, I walked through the restaurant, and I ran in to the owner. We had a good conversation, and you could tell he was passionate about the restaurant. Can't wait to go again.”

“Came in to try their Fried Fish, it wasn't what I expected. The plate was literally tiny coated fish strips. The rice, if you ever come here you'll know exactly what I'm talking about (you can taste the oil for some reason), but we were given complimentary fideo con papas and that was delicious. Small, cute, clean place, very friendly staff. I left a bit disappointed in having high expectations, but at least I'm letting you know about their fish plate, my sister was not a fan of it at all either, she literally didn't eat 75% of her plate so that should say a lot considering she usually leaves her plate empty. If you guys have any great seafood recommendations please let me know.”

“What a delight to find this restaurant! We are visiting the area and were just looking for a place to get lunch. We got the best lunch and had a great time meeting the owners and hearing their story. They take care of their customers as thoughtfully as they prepare their food. Vegan or not, you’re missing out if you haven’t been to Boocha Boocha. We’re only going to be in the area a couple days more, but we will be back!”
