“This is a great local flatbread restaurant by the people who own the cheese shop. The bread is hand rolled and tossed and the pizza oven is right in the shop. It's cash only, and the only drinks offered are water, Topo Chico water, and soft drinks. You can bring your own wine, no cork fee. They are only open on the weekends and are available for private events. It's been our go to place for friday nights when I'm done cooking for the week!”
