“Its a 50/50 on how good the service will be at this Dairy Queen. My advice is ALWAYS check your order before you leave. Sometimes everything will be perfect but more times than not, you will order a Belt buster combo with cheese and bacon, be charged for it, and get to your house 20 minutes away to find a regular burger with no extra toppings. The food itself tastes great but not many places like the Dairy Queens in Sulphur Springs that can mess up your order that badly.”

“I love this place. Definitely THE best burgers Ive ever had. Super tasty and I go with colleagues and friends here regularly. Their Fiesta fries are delicious. I always have a good time and occasionally the atmosphere is lively with a live singer/performer. The ladies running this place are kind and fun to be around. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Sulphur Springs!”

“We stopped for lunch at the home of the 3 napkin burger and I was highly impressed. Our server was sweet, knew her stuff and took excellent care of us. We got the single burger and a patty melt and a small fries to split between all 3 of us and no one finished. But the food was amazing. Worth going a few blocks off the interstate to get these. Highly recommend this restaurant!”

“Great food, friendly staff. The limited hours ALMOST got them a 4 star for me - but I can't blame them. If you got it, flaunt it. Parked right across the street from the local Tesla Supercharger station, this little hometown secret is packed from the time it opens till it closes. If you like great home style food, a good chicken fried steak and great sweet tea - you'll love this place. Never been disappointed here.”

“Great sandwich shop on the square in Sulphur Springs. They have basic sandwiches (plain) and artisan style sandwiches (fancy) and all are great! I always go for the fancy! Last one I had was chicken salad with grapes and walnuts on a croissant roll. Delicious!! Eat in or grab one and sit on the square in the shade!”

“So glad we stopping in here as opposed to anywhere else on their strip. The place is really cool inside and the menu/price are great. The food was spot on for the $$$ and I left full so the portions were good as well. The staff was very friendly and the overall vibe was relaxed. They only had one type of gin so that was my only complaint but hey...that's a personal thing right? All and all...stop here. We skipped up an amazing looking German food place to come here and I left not sad at all with our decision. Way to go guys and hope for your success in the future!”

“You'll either love it, or dislike it. Locals have been enjoying El Charro food for a long time. We had the special, taco, Tamale, cheese enchiladas, rice & beans.... Very good food, bland as is traditional Mexican food, spice it to taste with sauces. The menu doesn't offer a large variety of foods, no chili rellanos, etc that you see on other menus, but what we had was authentic and delicious. Chips were fresh & salsa was on point. No frills here, just good food, served fast and fresh, by hard working lady's who run their butt off to keep your table happy. Prices were very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. Overall a good meal and experience. We will return!”

“This is a good local choice for comfort food and tasty home-style favorites. My party enjoyed the lunch special meatloaf (delicious), the fresh well-stocked salad bar, and the excellent sides: mashed potatoes with gravy, fired okra, & broccoli. There’s a decent beer selection and several other liquor options for diners so inclined. Don’t be fooled (like we were) by the sign on the door that says, “No Public Restroom.” After ducking out of the place briefly to use the public toilets in the park across the street, we were told by our server that they did indeed have one hidden around the corner in the kitchen. Perhaps the sign would have been better worded, “Restroom for Customers Only.” I guess I’m not very smart; I should have asked.”
