Joe's Italian Bistro

I was in town and wanted some good Italian food and they did not disappoint and the service was fast and friendly I’ll be back for sure my next time in Big Springs

Visiting from San Antonio and in the mood for good pizza. We're used to high end pizza thats not all that great. Joe's Bistro was a very pleasant surprise. So glad we went.
Pizza was AMAZING! Price was great too. Service was fast and friendly. I highly recommend.

It's "seat yourself" but it's hard to see whats available through the pillars in the middle of the room so we had to wait and ask someone if there was a booth available or else we'd all (family) be walking throughout the dining room where people are trying to eat. Portions are good sized. Bread is great and served warm. But the butter for the bread was rock hard cold and we couldn't spread it. The Alfredo sauce needs some work, it's unlike any Alfredo I've tasted.
The salad shouldn't be called a salad, it was literally lettuce with one tomato. They have two friendly people working the dining area and register combined, so getting drinks refilled and to go boxes took a bit long. Reminders of why we eat there only about twice a year. Overall rating is good.

Ate here a year ago when visiting the area (my host kept bragging on the place)and couldn’t wait to eat here again. Reasonably priced, very attentive and cheerful servers, large portions, hot food and cool atmosphere. Joe’s checks all the boxes. Looking forward to next time.
