There shakes are so delicious! Fries & burgers are very fresh & hot very good! There only problems is they have long time for your food to get to your table! They have a lot of wait staff but only 1 cook for whole restaurant & 1 prep cook! They need to cut their service time down by hiring more cooks! Other wise they are great place to eat.

We have been now several times after church on Sunday and each time the wait has not been to bad we were greeted and treated nice. When sat we had our drink order taken and asked if we needed more time to look over the menu. Our food and shakes all were amazing and my kids love that they can order a burger like us since they are so reasonably priced. We all enjoy the food.

Great Place ! Food was great. We got there around 11:00 am Saturday. We were seated immediately by the Hostess. We clearly had a new Waitress (which we were patient with because she was nervous ) We both had Hamburgers. One was the smallest Burger and the other was with bacon, egg and everything else. Sides were Seasoned Fries (which looked like those string things in a can.) They were good though and Onion Rings which were good. We didn't wait very long at all for our order. We will be back to try something different to see if it is as good. I would recommend giving them a try.

It's a sodium lovers dream.. The burgers are a small puck smashed paper thin to about the diameter of a normal burger, then they are salted and peppered in each side. I got a triple meat that was about as thick as a half-pound patty. The prices are cheap to match the thin amount of meat. Fries are shoe string type (real thin). I got the seasoned fries. They looked like hot fries with all of the seasoning. I got a strawberry shake (straw and spoon) pretty thick. It was good. Everything was good flavored, but by the time I left I was so thirsty. I drank a couple extra bottles of water that day!
Personally I like a thick juicy patty seasoned well, but hey some people love salt!

I just want to say. All the people posting about missing bacon or missing napkins. Dude... It's a new place. Have you seen the line? I'd like to see you run this business and not make 1 single mistake. Take it easy. Do you feel better leaving this review affecting someones employment? Wow. That's the majority of south east Texas for you. Criticize everyone and act like you are just picture perfect. This place is awesome. I'm glad they moved here. Thanks Steak N Shake!!
