“This is the best Popeyes in the State of Texas . I went there two times in a row in one day.The food was very fresh and hot and on time.The manager was very nice as well. My first time eating the chicken sandwich and it was crunchy and tasty. If you want Popeyes it's worth I know you won't be disappointed. “Took my grandfather and I to eat for the first time at 5 under. We had heard so many great things about the food. The food was definitely good, I just can’t say the same thing for the service. We were seated with no menus and the table did not have a QR code. When we mentioned it to waitress she said she would grab us some menus and we did not receive them till 15 minutes later when we had to ask for them again. We both ordered a water and it never once got refilled. When we asked to get a coke, 3 times, we never received. And the rest of the night was us having to ask multiple times for something such as a box and our check. There was a ridiculously amount of staff there but yet the service was terrible and it was not busy. The staff was to busy huddled in corners chit chatting. Five under must pay they’re tipped wage workers well because they obviously were not concerned about being tipped. I wasn’t asking to be treated like a Queen but the bare minimum of service would of been nice like a refill when asked.”

“I ordered the chicken wings with dirty rice and fries. Everything was delicious. Chicken wings were moist and well seasoned, and they definitely have some of the best dirty rice in town. This is also the only place I know of where you can buy a fried Cornish hen. They also have fried turkey legs. Will definitely be back to try to fried porkchop dinner and the fish dinner.”

“Food is amazing and so is the atmosphere. Staff is on point and courteous. Recommend getting a reservation a day ahead of time for weekends if you want to experience the grill. Bar area is small but open for ordering food and drinks fast if you don't want to wait for a table or while waiting for a table. Either way it's a must try. Wings for starters are extra crispy and delicious. Tofu stew is very flavorful. Bibimbop looks small for such a big bowl but really good. Oh and I seriously want a bottle of the salad dressing. The only "fault" from a customer standpoint is the wait which just shows you how good this place is. And I don't think they do same day reservations.”
