Just ordered through DoorDash, and man. I was so close to thinking Mabank only had one good Mexican place, but this one just jumped to the top of my list. Absolutely amazing food, and the horchata brought me back to my childhood. Definitely recommend trying this place out!

This place is awesome! The food is authentic and delicious. I enjoyed the renovated house with an open view of the kitchen where food gets cooked as you wait. The place is clean and has a selection of food and conveniences above what you would expect of a Mexican grocery. They had ALL of my favorite foods, snacks and spices.

The selection of salsas is exceptional. I tried the mild, medium and two of the hot varieties. The mild is flavorful with no heat. The medium is a jalapeno blend what the just a hint of heat. The two hot varieties both had flavor, the reddest was a slow burn while the other packed a sinus clearing punch. I need to try the others! They have a 17" burrito! That was not a typo. I will have to come try it with a matching appetite.

The owner is a walking ray of sunshine. I highly recommend the place and will be returning!!!

My husband is a big eater and ordered a burrito his first time there. One employee got our order and started cooking. Another employee came to the register so we could pay. She asked if he got the big burrito or the little. He didn't know because we weren't told there were 2 sizes. The first employee says, "You didn't say you wanted a big one" I think they could have done a better job by at least asking which burrito. It would also increase revenue for the company to upsale items. Overall the food was good. The service is good, but communication could improve.
