Great burgers and lovely staff who were super friendly even in these weird times. Well worth the drive if you live in Austin and even more worth it if you live nearby! Can't wait to go back!!

We had a serious case of cabin fever, so we drove out to Fredericksburg from Austin to have dinner at Alamo Springs Cafe over the weekend. VERY much worth the drive! The food was delicious, the staff was so helpful and friendly (special shout-out to Brendan who helped us pick a delicious cider to drink!) and the scenery was so peaceful. This was only the second time I've been to a restaurant since the pandemic hit and I felt very safe there. They have done a great job keeping tables safely distanced, masks are required, ample hand sanitizer on site. We will be back!

Went during Covid19. Onion rings over pwered with seasoning and burned. I noticed 3 other couples did not eat theirs either. Ordered hamburgers medium rare got them rare. Only thing was the fries and beer.

Very good burger place to eat! Took my wife here for her birthday just to have an adventure to go on and eat a good burger. It was worth that back wood drive you have to make to get there. The owner's Ryan (the father) and Brendan (the son) was very nice and welcoming to us. They even gave my wife a piece of chocolate cake as a courtesy since it's her birthday! A really nice touch. If we are back in this area I would definitely come back.

It was okay. Full menu is not available, no inside seating. Burger was good, but not as nicely seasoned as in the past. No gravy with the fried mushrooms....just ranch (nope). Bread wasn't toasted. My wife ordered the BBQ Chicken sandwich. It didn't come with rest of our meal, so she went to the counter and complained the person there told her she didn't pay for it, when she insisted she did, he looked through his electronic tablet and saw that she did indeed pay for it. By the time she got it, I had finished my burger, it was either eat it then, or wait for her and eat it cold. So.... not a pleasant experience today. They gave my wife a piece of cake for her trouble, but we don't eat cake. Her sandwich arrived and she took it to go.
