Brown's Drive In

Best burgers in all of Texas. Family owned and operated, the family that runs this place is fantastic! They put as much care into their customers experience as they do cooking their delicious burgers! So many options for a small burger joint. You can NOT go wrong eating at Browns! If you're a Kerrville resident, or just visiting the Hill Country, I guarantee you Browns will quickly become your new favorite place to grab a burger!

The previous reviews are spot on. We're burger snobs and this place rocks. We got the medium burger on jalapeño sour dough and it's huge! The deep fried mushrooms are so good and the tater tots are too. There's 5 tables inside and a few outside. It's an old building, been there for years but it's clean. The lady running it is very sweet and helpful. They also serve a couple different bottled beers. Bottled water is free with meal.

Brown's drive in is where to go for old fashioned super burgers. They are cheap also. You can not beat this place. They have a very small dining area so they are best for their drive through. My only complaint is they never have the Frito pie they advertise. Small thing though because everything else is excellent and the cheapest in town, I am sure.

Burger was really good. Espescially with the grilled cheddar. They were very generous with their toppings! Girl behind the counter was very friendly! Excellent service. My only dislike was the fries. They weren't excellent like everything else! But we would definitely go their again!
