Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

The food was great, and their fry sauce was delicious. The burgers are really good. I enjoyed their bacon burger and added jalapeños. I'm not a fan of the string fries, but other than that, it was pretty good. Drive-thru person was very patient and helpful.

I love Freddy’s. The service was quick and the place looked great. I recommend getting the chili dog and the fries. My kids loved it and the staff were very welcoming and sweet to them. They even told jokes to them and my kids loved it. Now when I ask my kids where do you want to eat for lunch the first thing that comes out of their mouth is Freddy’s and I say “yes!” because it’s great. Slay all day!!!!!!!!!!!

First visit. Food was delicious, warm, and presentable. I appreciated the cashier using intercom to inform me that my order was ready instead of congregating at the register. The seasoning on the fries was tasty.
It was BUSY. Our table was not cleaned from the previous customer. Floor had trash accumulating too. It would be beneficial to have someone monitor tables and floor for cleanliness.
I wanted a vanilla cone but they only had chocolate. The cone was smooth and rich. Yummy!

I have only been to one other Freddy's in San Antonio and now Kerrville. So far my experince has been excellent. The staff actually asked me how my day was and was very friendly. (Honestly I have never had a fast food establishment ask me this) this was amazing! Smiles from every staff member and they seemed eager to serve me fresh food! This establishment is clean and has fresh excellent food! Definitely want you to share this to your staff because this customer service is beyond what I expected from a resturant. You guys are amazing and i am excited to see you excell in Kerrville! Good Luck Freddy's! 😁👍

Hello, I went in to go eat today with my family and we were all very pleased with the service, cleanliness, and food quality considering everything came out very fast! I definitely recommend the steak burger and chicken strips, don't forget the fry sauce either. LOVE IT! Also, I'd like to add that I love the diner look of the restaurant it was very warm and welcoming. Thank you for such a pleasurable dining experience!
