We decided to give it a try after reading the reviews. This place exceeded our expectations by far. Food was amazing. It's super busy so don't be in a rush. Friendly, helpful staff who know the menu. We will make it a point to be back when we drive through.

Chris, our server, was on top of things and very personable. The food was all good. Shrimp tacos were great. Alligator and oysters were properly cooked, not rubbery at all. Sauces were spicy and flavorful. Prices were medium, as expected for the quality of the meals. Definitely going back and taking my whole family.

Lots of fried food with a few non-fried choices. Food was good enough but a little pricey. Waitress was pleasant and helpful. Hostess was not pleasant, which was a good thing because we probably would have left rather than take a chance she would serve our food. Basic chairs and tables. Patio looked good and I think a good band would probably make the place more enjoyable.

first time going there was today. We were just driving by looking for a restaurant and it looked very nice. Me, my daughter and grandson when in. She had a2 meal basket with she really enjoyed and she enjoyed this nice sauce that they make their. I like the view where we were sitting because you could see the outside back seating & concert area. You could also see the heels and trees back there. The staff was very friendly and it was not to crowded or not crowded at all. And we went during the end of lunch time. They're are so many pictures of people that have performed and french Creole sayings all along the walls. Such a great time and I am sure that we will be back with more people the next time.

Food was good. Not excellent, but good. Atmosphere was good. We sat in the outdoor area. Weather was on the cold side of the thermometer, but they have a great overhead heating system, so it was comfortable. Waitress was really the only issue we had. She was friendly and courteous, but they were not near busy enough for her to take that long to get the refills, bring the bill, etc. Took 30 minutes to get the final bill, 20 minutes to get refills. Had to remind her about one refill after she came by the table to check on us, without bringing what we asked for earlier. Maybe she was having an off day. Anyway, decent place to eat. A bit pricey, but overall a good place to eat.
