“Been a loyal fan since they opened. Pops and Sunshine serve up the best brisket that I've had. We've worked our way through the whole menu and have not been disappointed! Extra shout out to the nanner pudding!”

“Lexington is not known for Italian food, Snow’s BBQ and Pops, but not anymore! I have had this place twice and the chicken parm is hand made and delicious! Probably some of the best chicken parm I have ever had, the bread is not the bestest but edible. The pizza is pretty good, thin crust very crispy, good sauce and fresh veggies. The Canadian bacon is not necessary the traditional but the sweetness adds a different profile.”

“It deserves its place of the number 1 BBQ in Texas. It is that good. We drove from all the way to tried it. The brisket of course was the best part. Very soft, juicy, smoky, and all that. The flavor was just right. However, I like Franklin's flavor maybe a bit better. It has the OOMPH... But she cooked it to perfection. The sausage and the pork tender are my next favorite items on the meat menu. I don't typically like turkey, but theirs was good. The pork ribs was my least favorite item. Their vinegar based coleslaw was amazing. It was refreshing and balancing the BBQ flavor. It is a must try. But only when you're going to be in the area.”
