“Where to begin....Quick thoughtful service. The tortilla chips are light, warm and crisp. The salsa top notch. Margaritas are high octane. Best charro beans I have ever paid for without question. Maybe the best Ive ever had. Pollo San Luis is excellent; really. Bathrooms are clean. If it wasn't a hundred miles from my house i would have my own table. It will definitely be a regular stop on the way to Austin.”

“The two ladies on duty this evening (around 7:30 pm) are superb! This location is fortunate to have employees who care about the company where they are employed. I was greeted upon arriving. While a couple was being waited on, a minute after arriving, one of the ladies assured me I would be helped in just a moment. She asked precise questions about my sandwich and made it beautifully and perfect (some sandwich artist are so messy and uncaring). The other lady at the register was very friendly and welcoming, as well. They seem to work great as a team. I eat Subway three to four times per week. I pass through Giddings often and have found this Subway to be the cleanest with the freshest food. The employees are usually friendly and mindful of their preperations however these two ladies really stand out!”

“You wouldn't think to find a Chinese restaurant in a small town, let alone one with fantastic food and conistant quality. This place has been open since I was a kid (24now) and it still draws in a huge crowd of customers. If you eat hear once! I bet you'll come again and again!! because of the quality ingredients and consistency. There are also options for vegetarians like there "hot & sour soup" which is made with tofu and is my fav and in not even vegetarian”

“Today the food was awesome. Especially the turkey and the pork. I was able to get a three meat plate and since there were no french fries and I was not too excited about the sides, they obliged me with a large salad. I appreciated the fact that they had spinach and that there broccoli was cut in Long slices which is the way I like it done for a salad. My belly got really full and the sweet tea was absolutely excellent. I would recommend this place for the simple fact that it was easy to get in and out of and the fact that the times were compliant with someone who was at a big event like a football game or a track meet like we were and needed a place to eat after 5. The smoke smell from the pork and Turkey were just icing on the cake. Oh yes and the brisket was very good as well. Very tender today and basically fell apart in my hands. Thank you Lost pines BBQ for a wonderful experience. We will be requesting our track coach to bring the Rudder High School track and field team back for the Buffalo relays in 2020. And this is one reason why. Oh yes, and the service was very polite. Thank you, David Kindt, Jr.”

“We are driving through town and decided to stop off and get some food and we saw Reba's so we stopped there to grab a couple sandwiches. Once we got inside we noticed that they also carry a wide selection of fudge at very reasonable prices. So we ordered our sandwiches, which turned out to be really really good, and we picked up about 2 lb of fudge and headed back on the road. If you're looking for a place to grab a quick bite to eat at reasonable prices and very good food Reba's is probably a nice place to stop off at on your way in or out of town. Highly recommended.”
