Exceptional small town dealership. These are hard to find anymore. The people are wonderful and truly give us a sense of family.

The people here are really nice. They work with you on everything. But do not buy the service package or if they offer you the service package as part of buying a vehicle ask if you can get it removed and get a credit. The Quick Lane oil change you have to go to is horrible. It takes over three hours for a 15 minute oil change. They will tell you to book an appointment but then all the appointments are booked. When you are finally able to get an appointment you still have to wait three hours for an oil change. I have resorted to just going to Kwik Kar Kare and paying 80 bucks per oil change. My time is is important. 3 to 4 hours for an oil change versus 15 minutes and $80, I’d rather pay the $80.

Wife's grandparents bought a Ford Flex. Sales staff was good, except for that one Army guy who wouldn't shake my Navy hand. We got through it though. All jokes aside, Ben Mitchell was great. Easy process, would purchase there again. Thank you Anderson Ford.
