i always read the REVIEWS, before I do ,BUSINESS, with a place *I have a Valero gas card ,that I use FREQUENTLY, after reading the * TERRIBLE, REVIEWS BEFORE *about that Circle K VALERO @ 445 SOUTLINE, CLEVELAND TX.
I am glad I went to the Valero station ,on East Houston, CLEVELAND TX.. the bathroom was CLEAN, and
The the lady inside had, to PROGRAM, the FUEL, PUMP, because the magnetic, CARD READER, was BROKE, OUTSIDE, and she did an AWESOME ???? job so I could, get a complete full up ,of FUEL * because I had a dental appointment *and I have to come back **and do NOT, want to be DELAYED, *by INCOMPETENT *bad ATTITUDE* employees *NOTE* to MANAGEMENT, you need to CLEAN ,this up* with this many **NEGATIVE, REVIEWS* they're NOT, ALL, lying ,to ,you* HOW, about SENDING, IN Undercover, people, multiple ,times and getting to the bottom, of this* * PEOPLE READ, REVIEWS ,,just like I did BEFORE, stopping at your,VALERO GAS, station*
you have an EXCELLENT, LOCATION, out there, next to the*
US. 59 * do NOT, let INCOMPETENT, bad ATTITUDE *employees* mess it up* for you*

They need to keep in mind of rheir sale items. I was charged more for a sale item. Pringles suppose to be two for two dollars with a polar pop. I got charged regular price for one.

I’ll be honest and fair. The times that I’ve been here it’s just for gas. I don’t grab any snacks or drinks just gas, but a few times their pumps weren’t working. They had them wrapped in plastic so I had to go somewhere else. Also the staff can come off as rude. Any other things you might have heard I can’t say are true like the restroom never being open I’m not sure about it.
