    The fried shrimp and onions rings were great! I like the salad bar and iced tea too!

    We had lunch, good BLT on roasted sourdough and a vegetable plate with freshly fried okra, all very tasty and fresh brewed tea. Nice people too.

    Great hamburger, homemade onion rings!!! Came specifically to eat here again. Worth the 200+ mile trip.

    5 stars is definitely not high enough. We stopped in on a whim. It was Sunday right after Church got out. The place was packed but we were greeted and shown to a table. I expected a long wait but we weren't in a hurry. Surprisingly, we were waited on in just a couple minutes. Food was served quick, Real burgers, Real chicken fried steak. My Granddaughter was impressed. And that says a lot. We will be back.

    Stopped into this hidden gem for lunch today on the drive back from Fredericksburg. Cozy and classic small town diner. The service was friendly and efficient. We had the hamburger steak special and the chicken fried steak. The onion rings and fried okra were some the best we have ever had. If you find yourself in Llano or just passing through you need grab a meal at the Country Fryer!
