Boomerang BBQ

Finally got to try them out at Floydada Festival. I had Boomerang Nachos, wife had brisket sandwich, and mom had Frito Pie. They were ALL DELICIOUS! Highly recommended them especially the boomerang nachos (nachos w/pico and jalpo). The balance was amazing. And the people are very nice.

I got lucky enough to score some ribs from Boomerang BBQ & YALL. As a 7th generation Texan, I know my barbeque. Everything was soooo delicious!!! The ribs were very tender and tasty. Personally I'm not usually a fan of bbq sauce, as I think really good meat doesn't need it, and these ribs definitely have a depth of flavor that stands on its own!! Even still, the sauce is super yummy and not too sweet like most sauces. The sausage was perfection. Mac & cheese was the bomb. Thanks for an awesome meal! Go try them if you haven't already.

Matt and Sarah are BBQ World Champions, so you know you're going to get some of the best BBQ you've ever had. The Wagyu brisket is so tender and will melt in your mouth. Let's not forget about the Frito Pie and on the mac & cheese! It's a must try for anyone wanting some great, finger licking good BBQ!

I got a chopped brisket sandwich with beans, chips, a drink, and banana pudding. Everything was very good. The brisket and banana pudding were especially tasty. Some of the best brisket that I've had. The beans were a little dry and bland, but they were still edible and alright.

I will definitely be bringing my family so that they can all try it. It was a good stop for my lunch break today.
