    I've been going to pinkies since I was younger and I've always loved to gizzard.. you can't go wrong with them . Today I got gizzards and a chopped BBQ sandwich and they were both great. If you like your BBQ saucey I'd recommend getting extra sauce . The employees were friendly so thank yall

    Pinkies is an institution in Lubbock and to the surrounding communities. I ordered a small tray of Gizzards and “Hot” BBQ sauce, so delicious and that sauce is unique with a kick!
    My sandwich was great with ample meat to bun ratio. Next time I’m trying a brownie or some cobbler. Thanks for the memories!
