Rosa's Café & Tortilla Factory

I got the 2 Chicken Enchiladas with the sour cream sauce and it's really tasty. The sour cream sauce isn't spicy at all. I've also got the combination platter with the three different enchiladas and they all tasted good but the other sauces were too spicy for me. I don't take spice very well. The food is also made very fast. I don't think they've taken longer than ten minutes to have plates out but they also weren't busy any time I've went.

Rosas is always good. There's just nothing bad on the menu. The tortillas are amazing and fresh made every day. You can't go wrong here, even if you aren't a huge Tex-Mex fan. The restaurant is always clean and the staff are very courteous.

I had been craving their soft chicken tacos and when we ordered we didn’t realize they heard beef. Got home and was sad I didn’t have chicken, when I called I’m not sure who I spoke to but she was super nice and very understanding. Went back and the manager gave us the correct plates no problem. Food was delicious and service was exceptional 10/10 would highly recommend, best rosas in town hands down.
