Chelo's Mexican Restaurant

They don't have a very broad menu, it's a bit pricey for the portion size of the entrees. 2 Chile rellenos plain with a about a table spoon of rice and beans was almost $13.00. The enchiladas plate was not very good and it was $10.99 the sauce tastes from the can very tomatoish. Looking over some of the other entrees on the menu were very pricey. They are really friendly it's a small place but expanding their building soon. I think they should work on the flavor a little it's bland. Plus the portion or prices. The micheladas are delicious there a small is $7.+

I've been twice, the second time was exponentially better. I had lengua and asada tacos, which were what I expect whenever I order a taco of either. They also offered two types of salsa the second time and mixed together were phenomenal. There's only one other taqueria with better asada tacos but the lengua was much better the second time around. Drinks were great, especially if you are looking for value.

Last night was amazing. We were a group of 11 people and were hungry. We found this authentic amazing Mexican restaurant. If you’re looking for homemade Mexican food this is the place to go to! The service was amazing and the food was delicious. The prices were reasonable. We’ll definitely come back.

this was our first time trying this place out, and we were not disappointed! great service, great food and a speedy lunch. in and out in less than 45 mins. Ivy did a great job even though they were very busy.

Food was a tad bit late to our table wish made us think they forgot about us but it was good the waitress was very friendly the caldo was good..
