“I'm a fan of oriental cuisine so when I found out there was another Vietnamese place near my house, I rushed over to settle my noodle fix. I didn't regret it either. The whole experience was nice (unlike the other place nearby...) Like I said, I was really craving noodles when I went in so I was relieved when I saw that had several different kinds of noodle dishes on their menu, along with some other good stuff. The price range is about $3.25 - $20.50 for entrees and appetizers and $2.50 - $5 for drinks and extras, including the ones in the fridge near the front counter, so it's not too expensive to eat here. The place was relatively clean and tidy and the fish tank nearby was a nice little touch of atmosphere. I wasn't sure why there was a disco ball in the dining room but that's just me. The female cashier, Tammy, was really pleasant as well. I was totally comfortable with her service. As far as food went, I went with the Hu Thieu Saigon: the clear noodle soup, with shrimp, pork, and crab. It was pretty good! The noodles were nice and tender as with the shrimp, and the crab was surprisingly delicious. They even give you a side of bean sprouts and cilantro to put in the soup. The broth was a nice, mild flavor that went well with the noodles. They'll also let you order even more noodles to put in the leftover broth, for an extra $3.75. It's little steep but the clear noodles were kinda hard for them to come by so I let it go. My only complaint was the pork. It was kinda dry... Overall, this is a place I'd totally recommend. I'll be coming back to try something new, next time around. Just be wary as, according to Tammy, the pandemic sometimes makes hours fluctuate a bit.”

“In town for a week with my dad working on a fixer upper and decided to try this place before heading back to Dallas. Had the calamari (crispy and tasty with the marinara sauce), Ceasar Salad (croutons and greens were fresh and crispy) and a 16" All Meat pizza. It was definitely worth it. Toppings were tasty and pepperoni and Canadian bacon were slightly thicker cut than normal, which was a nice touch. Would definitely be back here next time I swing by!”

“this place is the definition of don’t judge a book by its cover ! when we first pulled up it looked like it was closed down, so we were a little skeptical on how good it would be. the food ended up being amazing and the man serving people was very kind ! i shared a sushi roll with my dad and we both got our own bento box. it ended up being more food than we could eat and we had a whole to go box full for later !! i highly recommend this place :)”

“These cheese on a stick is amazing! Best I have ever had!! I ordered just a plain one but when I got the order it had sugar on top of it. I wasn’t to sure how the sugar and cheese would be because it doesn’t sound like a good combination but the first bite blew my mind!! It was so good!!! “First time here! Let’s just say it was awesome! Avery was great! He was super friendly, and funny but also superb at his job! The place was very nice, and clean. The bartender Brock made an awesome Nitro Island drink and they have so many flavors of Chilton’s to choose from!! The bang bang broccoli was absolutely delicious (so good that we ate it before I remembered to get a picture)! My husband and I shared the Dirty South chicken and shrimp and it was phenomenal!!! Thank goodness we live right around the corner because we will definitely be coming back!!!!”

“We may be late to the party, but just discovered this little gem on Saturday by accident. Staff is friendly and attentive. Food was great!! “Having been to Korea many times, I can definitely say this is authentic. The food was piping hot and the service was great. Everything is really fresh! I can say without a shadow of a doubt this is the best Korean restaurant I have been to in the USA. Portion sizes are large and the price matches the quality and quantity. If you go to Lubbock and you are hungry...you won't leave here with an empty stomach. Be ready for leftovers! One last note the facility is really clean! I mean really clean.”

“Do not let the look or location keep you from trying out this place. It’s a type of hole-in- the wall place that is just amazing. Staff is great and very nice. The food was amazing! I had the best wonton soup! The egg rolls were also great. The teriyaki chicken was so good and flavorful with the fried rice and steamed veggies to perfection! My boyfriend had the spicy chicken and the whole meal he kept saying “holy sh**” so beware it is true to the name. We will be returning for sure. :)) Great, great lunch and experience. Love it. First time here and we were impressed!”

“I was in Lubbock for two weeks for work. Came across Atomic from a quick Google search. Coworkers and I stopped by for supper and a drink. Ordered a "Black and Red" and the bartender recommended adding pepperoni. It was fired in a pizza oven on cast iron. It was fantastic. The balance of sweet and heat was perfect. The blackberries added the perfect sweetness. The crust was absolutely perfect. We also had garlic parmesan wings. I ordered a Crown-7 and it was mixed perfectly. The atmosphere was cool and laid back. The service was top notch. You also can't best the prices. I will definitely keep this place on my radar when I'm down here for work.”

“I don't typically like Mexican food but my wife said we were eating here. I like to live so I followed her directives. We didn't have to wait too long to be seated and it was not too loud in the restaurant. Our waitress was named Adrienne and I have to give her credit. She seemed to have half of the restaurant under her command. We didn't have to wait for drinks or chips and the food came out fairly quickly. I didn't see Adrienne run but she was walking as briskly as possible before she could have been classified as "running." She did an excellent job and I hope her supervisor knows her value at this establishment. If she works every day like she did when my family and I were there, she deserves a raise. Thank you for an excellent meal and for restoring my faith in good Mexican cuisine!”
