“This place has nice ambiance and is very clean. We started with the sampler platter and the garlic mushrooms were delicious! The empanadas and the ribs were okay. Ribs were fatty but good flavor. Quesidillas were like what dad used to make. The shrimp cocktail was meh. Missing flavor. The steak was super thin and they only had A1 as a sauce. Meat was tasty but I needed a tortilla if they were going to make it so thin. Salsa was pretty but taste was lacking. Overall, it was an okay meal, but will not be a favorite.”

“Took the family here for dinner on 2/28. There was no wait, the staff warmly greeted us, gave us recommendations, and explained our options. I got the swag burger and the cry+fry with parm and herbs. My son got the CEO burger and the Texas style hot dog. My wife got the beyond meat burger and truffle fries. Everything was so very delicious! These are the best burgers we’ve ever had! If you like truffles, then you have got to order that option on your fries because it was delightful. Also, they have a plethora of drink options to choose from. You have to check this place out! So good!!!”

“Always a great dining experience at La Madeleine! This time was no exception. Sonya the manager is the best. She remembers people and their preferences and gives everyone personal attention. This trip she was super short-handed (just her, one new cashier she was training, and one cook that we could see who was also running food) and she was still taking care of everyone. I can't say enough good about her. The food was also delicious, as always. I got Chicken la Madeleine and hubby got a French Dip. So good.”

“Such amazing Customer service. The owners are extremely kind . The food was fresh , hot and delicious. We sat inside and it was a peaceful atmosphere. Definitely coming back. The cream cheese wontons were a rich cream cheese taste , the potstickers had lots of flavor, the egg rolls and egg drop soup both very good . My husband had the hot and spicy Beef , it was very tasty not too hot but it had a good spice level . The beef and broccoli was great as well. Overall this place is wonderful , they are Local and the owners are genuinely friendly and know how to treat their customers amazing.”

“We went there for the first time. I had the Philly steak with tots, and my wife had the Ruben with onion rings. My wife really liked the ruben and the philly steak was good as well. The onion rings are made with red onions, and the breading is made everyday there. The onion rings are made to order. The breading is really good. The onions them selves have more of a mild flavor. That's not a bad thing. It's just if you want more of a onion taste to your onion rings you might want to get something else. Again we did like them. The waitress/bartender was very nice and friendly, and came to to see if we needed anything. She was the only one working the front it seemed. The beer comes in small and large. The large is a 32oz glass (from the tap at least). They also do karaoke, but not when we were there. Over all I give it a 8.5 out of 10 , and will be going there again.”

“Great service is back at this DQ!!! About two months ago, I went in this location and thought I'd never come back because of the rudeness I encountered, but today my daughter's GiGi really wanted to meet there for lunch before church, and so we gave it a try. I was so impressed! The quality was back!!! I saw friendly staff who were working hard to serve customers, and giving their best with welcoming smiles and can-do attitude. The place was very clean, and everything was 180 degrees better than the last time we were there. What a difference good management makes!!! We will definitely go back to this DQ now. Thank you for bringing back the Brady's DQ quality we had come to know and love over the last 15 years of eating at this location. Turning that around is something to be really proud of. “Great BBQ Bigham’s has a really good variety of fresh BBQ daily. Their sides are also top notch. I personally have a barbecue sandwich. And he had the loaded brisket Frito pie. All of which was excellent. As for dessert this is by far the cherry on the top peach cobbler was awesome it’s all a must try. “Great food and better service. Came on a day that was our servers birthday. She suggested the Patron and I was very satisfied. All the food looked great, and tasted better. The menu has many options for anyone to choose from. I asked about swapping something out for another egg or extra beans and they quickly responded “sure!!” Probably my new go to place for breakfast, and will definitely have to come back to try the items on their lunch and dinner menu. And they do serve the full menu all day. Will definitely be back and I suggest you stop by for the service and enjoy the food. The only bad I have to say is I should have asked for some jalapeños or spicier salsa.”

“I've been a long supporter of chop chop back in Amarillo and loved having this one around the corner from my house. I order often but lately, after the price increase, the boxes are getting less and less filled. The margins on rice aren't that tight for the 14 dollars I paid for this. Pretty disappointing for a favorite chain of restaurant that I've been supporting for the better part of 18 years. Foods great, but the value keeps taking a dive.”

“General Tsao chicken is so delicious, I purchased some pork egg rolls. My granddaughter got the dumplings, everything was so good. The bathroom was in great condition, and clean. Plenty of parking space and the place wasn't too busy either. I mixed my sweet tea with lemonade, that was delicious. I do recommend this place at least once. The attendant was cordial, polite, and professional. I do recommend they air soft music just for the ambiance.”

“As a pregnant lady and who’s being extra cautious about too much acidity/spiciness i must say i am both surprised and delighted that “mild” actually is mild. Its like buffalo but toned a bit. I love it. This and Hawaiian are great. The staff is always super nice too. I got Hickory BBQ once and it was a bit spicier than i expected totally caught me off gaurd but i dig the mild. Ill be back for the hotter ones when my bun is done in the oven.”

“They are over priced for their meat products, and just about everything else in the store. We only go there when we're going to make menudo but we don't buy all of our ingredients there. It's very crowded on the weekends. The employees are nice don't speak much English they even have a little restaurant in the store but we've never eaten there. The tamales are good and freshly made they are big although the price went up! Its a small grocery store with lots of Mexican imported products.”

“came to Lubbock for a reunion. Stopped by here on the way out of town to grab breakfast burrito for old time's sake. There were two people in front of us in the drive-thru line. The first person left rather quickly but the second person was at the window for about 3 to 4 minutes. Someone came out of the building to our car to take our order..(the speaker was not in service). He was so nice and extra friendly. When we got to the window after two more minutes our food was ready and it was absolutely delicious. So glad they're still in business!”

“Before you take too much stock in these reviews, keep in mind that people are more likely to post when they are unhappy. I am an out of towner so I wanted to try something we don't have at home. I placed an order on a Saturday night around 830. I was told it would be 10 before it got here. Saturday is a busy night so that was understandable. The sweetheart delivery driver popped up with a smile 10 minutes early. No complaints at all with her. The pizza itself was the Mac n cheese pizza. If you are a cheese lover...which I am, you will love it. All the ingredients seemed fresh, the cut was almost perfect and rich...good lord it was rich. 3 slices and I knew I'd have leftovers for the long drive home. In closing, La Bella left me a very satisfied customer. Next year when I return to Lubbock I will definitely be giving them a call. It's unfortunate there's no La Bella in Mississippi. I'd probably be 300 plus pounds!”

“Had lunch here and it was good. You order when you come in and the menu is on the wall. Breakfast is served all day. I had the chicken fajitas. They were served with the standard beans and rice, sour cream, lettuce, cheese, green salsa (not spicy either as I don’t like spicy stuff), and delicious homemade tortillas. Chips were also served with more salsa. Ours at times were a bit stale, but had I known they fried them in house, I would have asked for fresh ones. Good to know because I loved the seasoning on them and we will be back to try something different the next time. Extremely attentive staff and very friendly. Restaurant was nicely decorated, quiet and comfortable.”
