I guess because they're downtown they're used to being busy all the time so they are always super fast in the staff is always very nice. And if they ever mess anything up they do above and beyond to fix it and make things right

(March 29, 2019, 2:32 am)They were understaffed I guess. I got there and the cashier helped the man in front of me and then said it would be a minute before he could help me. He left for about 5 minutes and then came back.
The soda machine didn't have the Cherry Coke option. Not sure why because it had cherry with other flavors and it had coke by itself, but it wouldn't let me select cherry coke.
(All first world problems I know...)
The food was fine. If you aren't in a hurry then it is fine.
