Luigi's Italian Restaurant

Pleasantly surprised. I’m picky about Italian food. I had a sprouts pasta dish and the shrimp were huge lots of huge fresh mushrooms and spinach. My husband had pizza. Both were excellent.

Ate here for the first time and it was FANTASTIC! Had spaghetti with mushrooms, hubby had spaghetti with meat sauce. Also had salad and rolls. Everything was delicious and HUGE portions. Lots of leftovers. Staff was very friendly and helpful with polite attitudes (a rare thing these days). From an Italian, I very much recommend!

We ordered Shrimp Scampi, Pasta Sampler, Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and (not pictured) an order of calamari as our appetizer with fresh bread. Everything was absolutely delicious, we were quickly seated, and had great service. We will definitely be back and I would HIGHLY recommend!

Luigi's has always been one of our favorites since the first time we visited years ago when they were still located in Waco. We ate for the first time at the new location and I was impressed. The building is lovely and decorated nicely inside. Restrooms are roomy and clean. Waitress was kind and helpful and of course the food was delicious! Owners came by to say hi; lovely people. I ordered the Manicotti, my husband ordered Ravioli and my in-laws ordered Lasagna. We ate fat and left stuffed to the brim!

Great restaurant for getting your Italian food fix. Has a warm and welcoming environment. Has all the classic Italian meals on the menu. Portions are just right and filling. Not perfect, but as close to mom's cooking as you will get.
