El burrito de nopales is soo good! Definitely going next time im in town
As usual the place will be understaffed or will only have one waitress, the wait time is expected to be a bit long as the food is actually homeade/fresh, so patience please (homeade flour/corn tortillas). The inside of the restaurant also has a small extra room they usually refuse to open even while people will stand at the door to a wait a seat. This place is a to go for mornings and brunch with family/friends, great thing about this place you can call an order in advance for to-go's. Menudo(spicy Mexican soup made from tripe) is only available in the weekends. I would not recomend the Enchiladas sold on Friday nights as they are not even prepared right they only put a quarter size of potato/chorizo on the tortilla and really no toppings. Overall the food is really good, the salsas and coffee/tea/horchata(rice milk), and friendly service.
I can't describe the food because is so good.
Last visit was very nice but the thing is, I went a Sunday that it's a pretty busy day, it took me 20min to wait for someone to ask me what I gonna drink and well, another 20 to wait for the food.
But the wait was worth it when the food comes to the table.
It was a nice quaint restaurant. The food was freshly made and hot. Had a real good experience.
