    I try to go to a different trucks when I go. You know try new things. This time I went to "mi cocinita" I got the gorditas with a drink and it comes with chile. It's great!! Not disappointed and will be going back!

    El Indio de Michoacán: EXCELENTE!!! Los tacos de birria es DELICIOSO SUPREMA ÚLTIMO MAXIMO SABOR!! Que rico, you must try the tacos birria. With or without cheese, and put that consummé/jus all over your tacos. DO IT. EAT IT. SAVOR THE FLAVOR NOW!!!

    Went there craving tacos but was surprised to see a variety of choices like Cajun, BBQ, Italian, and of course tacos. You could find some cheaper but the flavors these trucks are putting out are some of the best in town.

    A decent collection of food trucks on the day we went. We tried the birria and al pastor tacos from Cocina Ramos. Wow, these tacos were amazing. I’ll definitely be back to the Food Truck Alley to see what other trucks are there. Quite interested to see what all Midland has to offer.
