Wasn't overly impressed with the food. Ordered the Korean tacos and meatball sub. The sub was good. But the Korean tacos weren't. Meat was overcooked and overly tasted like soy sauce.

Hands down - best brisket tacos! I love coming here and seeing Kim and her staff is always a treat. They treat you like family and make some delicious food!

This is a Midland hidden gem. From the street it doesn’t really look like a restaurant. I found it one day by going to a nearby coffee shop.

So today I tried it out and came away overly impressed. The menu has very nice variety and the service was friendly and fast! I had the Korean bbq tacos with pasta salad and it was all great! The pasta salad was unique and delicious (please increase proportion size! Haha).

The identity of this restaurant seems to be that of a catering outfit. One half of their extremely large building is set up for banquets. The other half is set up like a 60s diner which I thought was cool.

Anyway, try them out!

Edit/update- this place is slowly catching on! I see more people here! The best secret is out.

Was a little hard to find [Google maps]. I had the Ruben, it was amaizing. Traditionally the Ruben is Pastrami but here it is roast beef. Large tender chunks. My wife had chicken salad served in an avocado cut in half and tortilla soup. All very very good! People are also GREAT! We will definitely be back!!!

Not a very well know spot for lunch. They have excellent sliders. Although I was a little disappointed in how small the size of potato salad was for the price. Can’t say if I’ll be back but I guess their better business is catering.
