Saltgrass Steak House

Pretty good! Service was a little slow, but only because we got unlucky enough to be put in after a party of 30 and 15. Our server Keisha did great! She kept us in the loop of what was happening, very nice and sweet. Very apologetic but she couldn't help the bad timing we got, plus a few days before new years. Food was delicious and was gone before we knew it!

This was the best restaurant I’ve ever been to in Texas. Initially walking in, the hostess was so kind. It was busy and there was a wait, but she was patient and had an amazing attitude. Then we sat down. I’ve had my fair share of experiences with different waiters/waitresses, and none can top the service we received tonight. Ty, our waiter, was kind, personable, timely, and absolutely the best waiter I’ve ever had. He checked on us, but somehow there was zero awkwardness. I don’t know how this guy did it. It’s like he has a natural internal clock or something! His attitude wasn’t just good. He seemed genuinely happy to be there. We thought he was a manager filling in or something. You can imagine our surprise when he told us it was DAY TWO OF HIM WORKING THERE. Absolutely floored. If we didn’t live out of state, we would come back weekly to sit in his section. Because of his service, the food could’ve been awful and we would’ve given five stars. That was not the case. The food was phenomenal. Chef, chefs, whoever… you are amazing. Keep it up because it’s obvious you enjoy cooking. And to top off the experience, the hostess made sure to express the restaurant’s gratitude of us being there. Bottom line up front: this place felt like home, from the people to the food.

First time dining experience here. Steak, salad(they can do better with that salad by adding cucumbers), and rattlers was good. Cook burned my Brussel sprouts😒. I ordered a virgin strawberry daiquiri, it was bland🤮🤢. I forced myself to drink it because i didn't think they would refund me. They definitely need to switch daiquiri brand. My waitress was Sky, she provided exceptional and stellar service. When I go back, if she's not there I'm going to turn around and walk back out the door🤣😁.

This was our first time eating here and the service was great! We arrived for lunch and the restaurant was pretty full but we were seated in less than 10 minutes. I believe our waitress was named Ruby and she was very attentive. We ordered the queso for our appetizer and it was delicious. Our food and drinks were on the table in no time at all. I ordered my steak medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. It was so juicy and tender I could cut it with a butter knife. The seasoning was on point so adding steak sauce would have been an insult.
