Bruster's Real Ice Cream

It’s a Family Tradition to go here just about every week. Always Great. Amazing service. Young adults that love their jobs and Always a Great & Sweet Attitude, even with difficult orders

Had to run a DoorDash for them. Order was ready for pickup when I arrived. Decided to try them myself tonight and service was great both times I went, the sundae I got was delicious too. Piping hot brownie underneath and creamy ice cream on top. There was no room for improvement, everything was peak perfect.

Convenient location.

Ice cream was good but unless I can't make it to heb to get blue bell I wouldn't buy it again.
The cost doesn't match the taste and the pushy service.
The teenager that helped us talked so fast that even having heard it twice I still didn't understand what the special was. And there was no sign where I could just read it and make my decision.

Brusters is a North Houston classic! I love all of their flavors and the ice cream is so thick and creamy. I’ve been here more times than I can count and the only time I’ve ever not been satisfied was when they didn’t have my favorite flavor, birthday cake. This particular trip, my sister ordered m&m and cookie dough blast, but they forgot the cookie dough. We didn’t bother trying to fix the issue because we went through the drive thru, but they probably would have been more than willing to help. Another positive about bruster’s is that they have pup cups for when you bring your dog :) The outdoor seating is also always very clean, and the drive thru is always very efficient. If you have never been, make sure to try it out!

We, family of 5, go very often to eat ice creams and Buster’s so far has been our best choice anytime. Coming from a coastal place in Indian called mangaluru, our bar for ice cream taste is very high. What we like about buster’s is it’s location - where kids can play and my little one enjoys the breeze. My kids love hot chocolate fudge, though sometimes it gets heavy. I like to mix the scoops with customisation. Mostly I take 2 different flavours. These days I combine another new flavour with butter pecans. Caramel toffee is also good. Always ask for seasonal flavours. Turtle sundae by default is always good choice. Their milk shakes are also yummy. I always go for pistachios. The crowd and staff is good. Young and restless.
