(January 23, 2019, 11:38 am)There were two high school-ish aged girls working when we went in with our three kids who have never been to a Cold Stone. The girls were quiet. While not unfriendly, they weren't very warm either. It was like smiling would hurt their face. The ice cream was good, the kids really enjoyed it. The added bonus of having a few toys in there made their experience more fun, even if it did distract them from the ice cream.

(January 15, 2019, 5:34 pm)Oh my goodness. I should not have realized this place is so close to home. Is the cake batter ice cream even legal? I swear it has something in it to make you addicted to it. It is sooooo good. I must keep myself from visiting too much. The staff are nice too.

(December 31, 2018, 11:28 pm)They were closing early for NYE, had doors locked and saw several customers outside. Rather than tell us they are closed, they came and unlocked the doors and let us in and served several other customers that came in while we were there. Excellent customer service by the two employees who graciously stayed late and served us.
