“Cane's is the most consistent restaurant chain I've ever seen. If you know them, you know what to expect. Staff was very friendly and place was clean. If you've never been, very small menu. Fries and Texas toast are great. The main item is breaded chicken breast cooked to perfection but not seasoned at all. Texture is great but requires sauce for flavor. Company wise I wish they at least had a spicy version.”

“My favorite place to get pho in the Woodland's and Houston. I love coming here on cold evenings. The pho is always really hot and delicious. “I love Julio’s and decided to try the Red Flame. Just finished dinner tonight. The look of the restaurant is nice and music is not overwhelming. I had the garlic shrimp appetizer that was wonderful! The table also came with small, fresh bread with a honey butter and olive oil herbed dip. Both were nice, but really loved the olive oil dip which I usually don’t. My entree was the NY strip and it was cooked perfect! Was so happy to not have to send back because of getting my steak over cooked. My sides were grilled veggies and a baked potato. Now my only complaint is with the sides, a little. I asked the waiter about the grilled veggies and he listed 5 different veggies, but I only got squash and peppers. Was a bit disappointed, but what I got was tasty. I also ordered the loaded baked potato, but asked for only butter and sour cream. The baked potato was very small and came with everything. I ended up taking off the bacon and green onions. Mind you, it was still good and I ate it all. Wanted to try their chocolate cake, but they were out. Will I go again? Absolutely!”

“I have eaten at True Texas a number of times and the BBQ is always great. However, for Thanksgiving we ordered the whole turkey breast . . . it was not great, it was the best turkey breast we ever had. The breast was very large, moist, and we could have served 8 adults. Since we only had 4 adults, we enjoyed sliced turkey sandwiches post-Thanksgiving. We picked the bird up hot and ready to eat. The sides were just ok, but the turkey was outstanding!! Without the need to cook or clean up, we were able to spend more time with family. I highly recommend the whole turkey breast, but I believe the whole breast is only a holiday item.”

“We showed up on opening day and haven't stopped! We average about 3 times per month, because it's just that awesome. Creative pizzas with new "experiments" each week (they are always delicious)! For you winos out there (like my wife and me), don't let the name fool you -- they have a varied and robust wine selection and half-priced wine Wednesdays are wonderful. I don't know much about beer, but my friends who do think the selection is amazing. Lots of local stuff, I understand. Then there's the atmosphere -- it's surprising. Jenny and Craig, the proprietors, are the most welcoming, amiable people. I really feel that they have never met a stranger in their lives. And they like what they do and it shows!”
