Bruno, the manager, leads an excellent staff. Mark, another manager, produces an amazing team. Abigail, another manager, took care of us by suggesting the Shrimp 🍤 Cocktail. Lucia served us with world-class service. The Cajun Ribeye and Salmon Oscar are both new to me, and my family so we had them. Great experience.

Walked in late on a weekend, place has been packed since day 1 of opening. My dinner was perfect, ordered medium rare and was perfect! Ordered an old fashioned for a drink, it was perfectly mixed!

This is a recently opened location and I’m very surprised how well it’s been operating this far. Since it’s a new location the opening time is later, 4pm as the writing of this, but the quality is great. The biggest thing we were impressed with was how fantastic and outgoing the staff were. Whoever did the training nailed the customer service aspect. The food was as expected of Saltgrass chain. Steaks were cooked to our request and the sides came out well. Their soups surprisingly went well and I’m looking forward to trying more in the future. It does get pretty busy after 7pm any day of the week currently so plan accordingly. We saw many groups leave due to wait times.

Arrived before 6PM with a 15 min wait. Sat at the bar and had a drink until the table was ready. Fast friendly service which was good because table was ready in 5 minutes. Waitress in training Hailey was prompt & friendly. I ordered the Chicken Laredo, husband ordered ribeye. Both of us agreed that the dishes were better than surrounding restaurants and price wasn’t too bad! Definitely will return! Glad to have Saltgrass join Valley Ranch! Order before 6PM for early dine pricing!
