(February 17, 2019, 3:13 pm)Wow. Chef Austin and his amazing team do a fantastic job. Probably the best composed menu I’ve had since I left NYC. Wonderful, interesting flavors and textures balanced extremely well, and everything cooked to perfection. Being able to watch the team prepare the dishes was also fun. I would really recommend it and will definitely be returning.
