This location has gone downhill. The current cooks are probably underpaid, undertrained or both. Cashiers lack customer service skills (they should acknowledge every customer that comes in). Also, If you order on line and your food is ready, the cashier should attend online orders first.
Today I got a piece of raw chicken or something that wasn't cooked thoroughly. Food doesn't taste fresh anymore. They need to clean better their woks and utensils or replace them. Corporate, pay attention to these issues. Too many promotions going on with a broken product. Fix your cooks and kitchen tools then do marketing and sales...

Fast service and friendly staff, some new menu items, it's what you expect. The food was good as usual. Edit: we come a few times a month, but this time I got orange peel beef... Wow, really great flavor profile (which is probably why it's listed as a classic on their menu). Update: no more orange peel beef, which is a shame, because that was amazingly tasty. Orange chicken is their go-to now, and it's pretty good too, but not quite as good as the beef was. That's okay, well still keep coming.
