“A friends son told us about this hidden gem in quaint Nacogdoches, Texas. It’s every bit of a secluded cottage setting with amazing food and decedent wine. We tried several items, wanting to taste everything on the menu! Our server, Vance, was friendly, helpful and perfectly timed our food so we could enjoy everything and not get full quickly. “This was my second time dining at Guacamole's. They have an extensive menu of Tejano quisine. Not super hot but robustly flavorful. I have enjoyed the taco salad off the lunch menu and today a combination plate of a chilli relleno, an enchilada and a burrito. The staff are friendly and attentive, especially our server, Bella. If you like Tex-Mex and are near Stephen F. Austin State University, you won't go wrong with a visit to Guacamole's.”

“GREAT store! We stopped to get fuel & bottles of water …. well I left with that PLUS an adorable southern couture super soft tshirt & 2 original fried pies!! I spent 20 min just looking around -SUCH cute fun stuff! Lots of home decor and clothing, hats etc…. I could’ve bought much more if I didn’t have the hubby & kids in the car! Also very, very clean. Restrooms very clean & well stocked. Young lady at cashier was super sweet & recommended the cherry cheesecake fried pie. We stopped on a Sunday 4/3/22 around 10:30am. Thx so much!”

“My 17-year old granddaughter and I stayed at the Pemberley’s B&B earlier this month. Our trip to Nacogdoches was to visit the college. We just happened to see the beautiful B&B while driving into town. It was a marvelous experience... the entire staff was so courteous and attentive whether it was when we checked in without a reservation 5 minutes before they were closing or the next day for breakfast. Everything was so beautiful and clean and close to downtown... we were there the same weekend of the Blueberry Festival downtown so parking at the B&B was one block away. The room was beautiful and very inviting to just relax. I highly recommend the Pemberley’s B&B...5 stairs in my book.”

“Really good food, very friendly and warm service. The one time my wife and I went, they were sold out of sweet stuff. Homemade, sweet stuff. So, if that's any indication of their food's quality, then it's good. Also, their breakfast menu seems to finally have arrived, so probably going to check that out soon. The facebook pics of the breakfast look so good. Only thing, a little hard to find if you aren't familiar with the shopping building that the restaurant is located in. The parking is on the side not facing Main St.”
