Something good happened to this McDonalds location...and I LOVE it. Must be new management because the staff is clearly trained to make the customer's visit pleasant...PLUS THE MACHINE THAT MAKES SHAKES WORKS ALL THE TIME! Believe it or not there was a time when there was a 98% chance I was NOT getting a shake...and the staff used the same excuse every time: "Its down right now so that it can be cleaned." Yeah. Right in the middle of the dinner rush and you just used thus excuse yesterday. I called corporate many times and, they said, "we've spoken to them and its working"...and it would but for a day or two. I didn't call corporate to get a freebie, I just wanted my damn chocolate shake...but I was never offered anything and believe me my calls were not nice. Anyway, its a much better Micky-D's. Now, if they can get rid of the drug dealers and transients from the bus stop...BECAUSE THEY NEVER GET ON THE BUS!
