Zambra Fusion Cafe

One of my new favorites in corpus. Ordered curbside for our ranch employees. Big order but they were a pleasure to deal with. Everything correct on order. Food is delicious and creative. Not the same old menu you get everywhere. More like a menu you would find in a hipster area in larger city, but from a small, family owned place. Their kids delivered curbside order. Food was very fresh tasting. We will be trying to eat there often. Will be my go to from now on.

Healthy and delicious! Very nice little spot.... many plant based vegan options. I enjoyed it very much! So many entree and dessert choices they all look awesome.

This place... holy moly this place is AMAZING! It’s small, but feels so warm and inviting. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The menu has an insane amount of options and everything sounds delicious. I went for the first time ever today and I’ll definitely be back!

Love the Brazilian Bowl! It's super tasty and the vegan options are plenty! Vegan Chocolate chip cookies are also incredible. The atmosphere and decor are all on point! Go here!

Had dinner with my niece (who is vegetarian) and my nephew and this place is EXCELLENT. It's a small Mom and Pop style shop with vegan and non-vegan offerings. It has a very comfortable feel and my burger was amazing. I enjoyed the goat cheese guacamole burger. Put the cilantro side sauce on your burger! This place is worth your time. Check it out. I'm going to post a pic of my burger. You can see my niece's sweet potato taco in the background. Bet I try it next!
