Liberty Hall

Absolutely awesome food. Many people told me it was pricey but great food is worth paying for and Mr. Carnathan is obviously a master at his trade. This was my first visit there but since I live here in Port Aransas, will definately be the first of many! I would recommend Liberty Hall to all who visit our little island. Fantastic food, service and atmosphere!

Food is excellent service was okay. The service would have been excellent had or waitress been more communicative on expectations of wait times. Ex: the soup is going to take 15-20minutes to come out. Do you still want it, or would you like a different appetizer?

Other than that food was the best I've ever had down there. The owner is the chef and no substitutions. Dishes are prepared in the sauce they come with. Can't have one without the other.

The food here was pretty good. Loved the scallops & the asian creole sauce... not a fan of the desserts but everything else was decently good even with the higher price points...

Quietly pleasant ambience, linen table cloth, daily changing excellent menu, great choices of wine. Good and attentive but unobtrusive service. In all: a great choice for a fantastic dinner.

This place is fantastic! It is probably some of the best seafood I've had minus the states on the East Coast. The crab cakes and red snapper were beautifully fresh and the sauces were delicious. My only gripe is that the prices are a bit high for the small portion sizes you get, but the food is amazing. The service was extremely friendly and helpful and the interior was simple but refined, would definitely recommend this place for a nice meal.
