“Immediate impression was how clean and welcoming the restaurant was and how friendly and sweet the ladies working there were. They were very helpful with ordering and even got our drinks for us just to be nice. One explained how they make the chicken and how much work they put into it and you could really tell that they actually care about what they are doing. And it pays off! The chicken is perfectly fried, so juicy, and super flavorful and the fries are perfect as well. Will definitely be coming back to try more. Today we tried the popcorn chicken, half chicken, and fries. We just moved to corpus and this is the best restaurant we've found so far. We're blown away.”

“I wanted to go to a smoothie place that also had regular breakfast for my child. However, they all opened up at 9 am and I had to work. I remembered Starbucks has smoothies....except, they don't. They have chiller lemonade drinks. Not exactly what I wanted, but it's a coffee place...so it's not that big of a deal. The drink was fine but it wasn't a very good breakfast. The color was pretty. Luckily for me, I also got the spinach and mushroom egg bites! They tasted like....mashed potatoes made of eggs....spinach and mushrooms. Interesting texture, I cannot say if I like them or not, I was just very mindful of its differentness as I was eating it. My son's breakfast was surprisingly large, it honestly looks larger than a mcMuffin. He couldn't finish it. This is good for him. I was hungry 30 minutes later.”

“I don't go to the Saratoga Walmart Dunkin' location because the staff is consistently rude and mean. Not always to myself, just witnessing it. I actually don't have high expectations from any f&b establishment, I only expect staff to not be mean to people. Anyway, it happened enough times that I stopped going and I even deleted the app. This is a new location that looks like it's a drive through only which works for me. The staff wasn't mean to me, and even better was very kind and helpful. I like Dunkin breakfast so this is an exciting option as it is on the way to my commute to work. Cold brew coffees, wraps, sandwiches, donuts...tons of options.”

“I was recommended by a friend about this coffee place and let me tell you, thank god I found this place. The building itself if really pretty! My go to drink is “Christmas in a cup”, like it’s soooo good! It taste exactly like it sounds it’s just simply amazing. I highly recommend that drink!! Drive thru goes by fast! Friendly staff as well!”

“The location of this Starbucks is great but limited parking. Walked in today to get my Birthday drink....the girl was kind enough to wish me a Happy Birthday. Thanks. Sad part of the visit were the flies. They were flying around in their display case. Ouch”

“Such an awesome little spot! Bread and pastries are fresh baked right in the front of the store. Coffee is a self-serve setup. We loved our scone & Adam & Eve toasts! My only complaint/suggestions: 1) the whites eggs were undercooked on both sandwiches, way more so than just a regular over-easy egg. Still good though 2) the Specials board is in the back hall by the bathrooms, I wish it was visible by the main counter so I would’ve seen it before I ordered!”

“Nice surprise in Corpus… looking for that chewy donut? Look no further than this amazing fresh place in Corpus. The donuts are flavorful and the best chew/stretch of any donut I have eaten. A little on the $$ side but will worth the price of admission! Great selection to please the even the most picky person … try the corn dogs… very unique and fun. Overall fun place for the family or just a place to enjoy a great donut a refreshing drink… highly recommended…”

“The store is usually pretty busy but the atmosphere is always true to what you can expect at Starbucks. This particular store is clean and the same can be said for their restrooms. The partners are always greeting and have friendly attitudes with the exception of one or two. I would gladly feel comfortable being here all day. One less star for the discontent that sometimes occurs behind the scenes, and the occasional incorrect order, or too little given for what’s expected.”

“No hate on the other locations in the city but this is the one I frequent the most. Y’all have an AMAZING team here! I get the same drink every time just about (I know I’m boring lol) but it’s always made so good and even if the line is long they don’t take long at all to get the orders out. Love this location and hope all the team members know they are appreciated ❤️”

“The food and coffee here are great. Sandwiches, pastas, breakfast plates, all very healthy, nice portions, staff is friendly. So many different types of coffee. And Jason is such a hands on owner and a great guy to work for. He truly cares about his employees as well as his customers.”

“After a pretty awful experience of camping on the National Seashore, I just wanted a good breakfast and some hot coffee before driving six hours back home. This place mostly fit the bill. It was super crowded, but, since I was alone, I was able to be seated at the counter right away. A very nice cowboy was seated near me and we had a pleasant conversation while we ate. He even graciously paid for my breakfast when it was time to cash out. My breakfast was really good, came out to the counter pretty quickly, and the portions were big. I liked the legit bacon. Most places have bacon so thin you can read through it, but not Andy's. My only complaints...seriously those counter stools...I'm 6' tall and those stools were so low to the floor it was like I was sitting on the toilet. My chair was also broken and I felt like I had to plant my feet the whole time or I might fall. Lastly, I'm guessing they are famous for those blueberry muffins, but...well, I've had better muffins from a box mix. They were just kind of gray, flavorless, and didn't seem to actually have blueberries. I would definitely go back if I was in Corpus again.”

“You know what, great place and location. It's literally across the street from the Americans best value inn. Friendly staff, and food is good. Traditional breakfast stuff, eggs, bacon, hash browns, the usual. Paid about $30 for two people.”

“I got breakfast here while visiting from out of town. I had the breakfast bowl and a latte and highly enjoyed both. The flavors were robust and well balanced. Everything tastes fresh. Best latte I’ve had in a while too! I really appreciate the nutrient dense options, well executed.”

“We love vacationing in Corpus and while here, we make it a habit to eat breakfast at a local German restaurant every day. This morning, while waiting for our usual spot to open, we thought we'd grab some coffee at Island Joe's. So, I ordered a mocha and since I was famished, a cinnamon roll. All it took was 1 bite and I switched my allegiance instantly. Island Joe's not only serves outstanding coffee, but if the cinnamon roll is any indication, outstanding grub. Hubs, who is far more disciplined than yours truly smiled indulgently because I didn't have the self control to wait for our usual. As we left the Island Joe's parking lot, I forced him to try a tiny bite of MY delicious, tender, baked to perfection, covered in cream cheese frosting cinnamon roll. He instantly regretted not ordering one for himself. Yeah, so, guess where we'll be having breakfast tomorrow morning? Island Joe's. Great coffee, awesome food and excellent service!”
