Very nice clean place. Lots of choice and friendly helpful staff
First time eating here and to be honest the food was excellent I also enjoyed the lemon pie ????????????????
We were in a hurry so we had to use the drive-thru window. The service was good as usual, but since we're used to dining in, the wait at the window for cooked to order burgers seemed to drag on forever. They were totally worth the wait! The new Mushroom & Swiss was amazing!
Love, love, love Whataburger!! I want a patty melt right now!! I sure do wish they delivered. Maybe we could get a petition going and talk them into starting a delivery service like the pizza places!!! Did I mention, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE WHATABURGER?!?!?
Yes, there stars is an odd rating. The service I get every time no matter how people are in line is super friendly and pretty prompt. The clerks are really attentive and treat you with a familiar kindness. The kitchen crew definitely keeps a clean kitchen and that can be seen from the counter!
Now for the not so good. I rarely get frustrated with food service personally as I've worked in a kitchen myself but... almost every single time I've ordered food here, they mess up the order. I get it these are young adults primarily in the kitchen, and I give them credit they bust their tails off.
Everyone has an opinion on how to run someone else's business. This time I guess I'm no different. This kitchen is in dire need of someone to bring accountability and leadership. I believe that the crew is more than capable, it just need a seasoned manager. Almost 10 years in the culinary industry, this is just my personal opinion.
