Taco Casa

Lunch here hit the spot with hot, crunchy tacos, yummy. Also love the Texas Rangers support on the cup❤

Food is decent, not always fresh and hot, employees need to be more polite.

Love this location ( Willow Park) on Ranch Rd., when I use to do courier service, Taco Casa was on my route. I always get great Customer service and food is always perfect. I always make a point to stop by @ this location when I drive through. Highly recommend it.

Let me start by saying that I've been to this Taco Casa twice. My first time was a couple of months ago and was received with excellent customer service and an order that was cooked to perfection. I just went there for my second time, ordered my food (Super Burrito and Soft Taco), and pulled up to the window to pay when I noticed I didn't have my wallet on me. I was embarrassed, to say the least, but did have my phone and asked if they'd accept Samsung Pay. Didn't get the name of the person who attended the window, but she simply said "No we only take cash or credit cards, but it's OK it's free". Wow! Excellent establishment... will be back... and with my wallet next time. :)

If I had to guess I'd say the manager treats the employees right because of how nice they are. A good manager means happy employees, and happy employees means good service.
