Chick-fil-A

Love the cheerfulness of the employees, they seem to love their job.
So that makes me think the higher up take care of their people. If that's the case, 5 stars. It's clean and fast service. The parking lot is mad busy and they have long lines, but they have a system that keeps things going smoothly and orderly to get your food "Fast".

While my kids love Chick-Fil-A this is the second time I’ve come in the last few months and I’ve wait FOREVER in the drive through life what’s the point of being able to order ahead if we still have to wait forever? This time around I ordered one nugget meal took over 25 mins, the last time I ordered three different meals and ended up having to send my older child in with the younger two to use the bathroom because we were sitting so long. I understand this store is always busy but waiting 20+ minutes for some nuggets it’s a little much. We won’t come back until I hear or see this has improved.

This was my third time at Chick-fil-A. I enjoy the great customer service and atmosphere. I would definitely rate this place higher if the food was cheaper but almost $12 bucks for a chicken sandwich with only some pickles and some sauce on it, and a few fries just isn't worth it to me. I feel like it is very much a fad. I do like the company and their values but it's just too expensive.
