Three meat plate was the best I've had in a long time, amazing large rib, sliced brisket and sausage, well worth the price. Friendly staff and awesome food. I will return for sure. My favorite BBQ in Amarillo!

So, we dropped in here and we heated by a great staff. Then, the food was all very good. Clean layout. From the tasty beans to the brisket, everything flowed together perfect. Been around for over 50 years and we see why. Bring your family here to get the friendly service with a smile and the food that you will want more of. Thanks everyone!

This place has a lot of promise. The reviews are consistently high and when I pulled up the smell in the parking lot was a siren's song lulling me into the front door. However, it's fairly difficult to give a review when they don't have my top three meat choices to choose from.

They were out of pork ribs and sliced beef.(I presume brisket.) And they don't offer pulled pork, to my dismay. So I went with the chopped beef, which was my fourth choice. It was flavorless mush and I cannot recommend it. The potato salad which served as my side was good. The chopped beef sandwich, potato salad, and sweet tea were $12.00, shown below.

I remain neutral at this point.
