Fire Slice Pizzeria

My mom and I just FINALLY tried this place and are sad we haven't gone sooner! We weren't actually sure where they were at first, but it was like a treasure hunt that was worth the effort! The food was INCREDIBLE, and the service was fantastic, Our server, Matt, made awesome suggestions and when our order came out wrong (not completely his fault because we changed part of it mid-order), he apologized and offered to bring us a free personal sized pizza of the correct type. We started with the calamari, and for pizza, Matt recommended the Honeybomb, the Americano, or the Fire Slice Combo. We ordered a half-and-half of the Americano and the FS Combo. I said "Honeybomb" by mistake, but changed that to Americano, so the mistake was understandable when it came out with Honeybomb on that half instead. By the time we'd had the yummy calamari, a drink, and a slice each of the two kinds we ordered, we were too full to try the "bonus" Honeybomb. However, the other two were insanely delicious and the crust was PERFECT. And I'm picky when it comes to pizza crust! We ended up with a to-go box with some of all three pizza types, so needless to say, Matt got a hefty tip, and we look forward to our leftovers! He was the perfect combination of attentive and friendly, was knowledgeable about the wine selections, and we will definitely be back!!

My friends and I had an enjoyable dinner and time at Fire Slice.

I had a small Green Chile Cheeseburger pizza. It's large enough to serve two people. I enjoyed it.

One friend had a personal sized pimento cheese, bacon, and jalapeño pizza. It was the special.

Another friend ordered a small custom pizza: chicken and jalapeños.

Everything was served fresh. It's certainly quality, good ingredients and pizza.

Plus: Our waitress was very patient and sweet.

We had our Christmas party for work here and it was AMAZING 🤩 We had several kinds of pizza (all of them were delicious!)... The wings were great (and they have home made ranch dressing, yum!) Most of all I loved the tiramisu! It was probably the best I've ever had, no joke! Plus they have all kinds of beer and wine! I had a mimosa (you can get orange juice or cranberry mimosa by the way)...

Don't let the location fool you. This little local pizzeria has amazimg pizza and the strawberyy blondie and blackberry bread pudding is the bomb. The wait staff was amazing anticipated our needs and did not hover. Definitely worth the stop.

It was exactly what we needed to make my sister smile. She loved the salad and pineapple upside down cake and we enjoyed the Americana pizza. Took a shot at something new and went for the honey bbq pesto and glad we did. Staff all around was friendly and everything came out fast. Great place for pizza and remember it’s in the back of the center in the alley
