Rosa's Café & Tortilla Factory

Rosa's is great for fast, affordable Mexican food. The fresh tortillas are delicious. The salsa/toppings bar is a fantastic accompaniment to the dishes they offer. Breakfast options are also pretty good.

We have eaten at other Rosa’s Cafes across Texas but hadn’t done a review yet. If you’ve never been to one, you need to know they have freshly made tortillas and a salsa bar. Rosa’s Cafe is definitely one of our go-to’s if we see one and are needing a quick meal. Service is generally very fast. This time, I got a deluxe combo plate that had a taco, tostada, enchilada, and tamale with rice and beans. Mrs. Flip Out ordered the fiesta salad with fajita chicken, and it’s also a fairly easy menu to find several options if you have dietary preferences or restrictions. That being said, she probably wouldn’t get the fajita chicken on the salad again, as it was cold. My food was great!
