    The menu is pricey. 4 of us ate for roughly 80 for breakfast. 6 dollars for two cups of tea. The chicken and waffles were okay. The yardbird sandwich was good. The breakfast burger was fantastic. Fried green tomatoes were great!Staff was friendly. Very clean establishment.

    Nice atmosphere and service was good.
    Food: about 1/3 of my chicken fried steak was breading. Taste was decent but breading to meat ratio was way off. The cut corn and mashed potatoes were great. Little pricey.

    Awesome service. Rustic dining. Expansive portions. Tasty menu items using innovative ingredients. Poblano cream gravy, thick cut bacon, home-style chicken-fried steak. Eat here, you won't leave hungry.

    I am not from Texas but come to visit a few times a year. I believe the fatted calf is the best restaurant I have been to in Texas. I have been there three times and was happy every time. Great customer service, great food. Keep up the great work!

    A near by business I DO NOT recommend is ice 360. Mediocre expensive ice cream and bad customer service. It was disappointing.

    Great food! Wanted to try something new. Had the chicken fried steak. The gravy was some of the best I’ve ever had. And then there is this lemon cream pie- oh my! It has a texture between pie and cake with a custard base that is balanced by the cream and blueberries. Amazing!!
