The mussels we're great as usual. We had the special (lasagna) and it was good, but the tomato sauce was a bit sweet. It has a nice kick from the spicy Italian sausage.

Wow,what a lovely place,especially because the waitress was so considerate of our children with their appertizer plate brought out that had crackers,grapes,and pear. Then the food was so excellent..the avocado stuffed with crab was incredible. I would highly suggest a cocktail or dessert too. My son enjoyed the pizza!

Zanata has become my favorite casual dining restaurant in the Dallas metro area. If I'm anywhere near Rockwall I make it a point to eat there. Varied menu never gets old and the entire dining experience is always great. My favorite entree is their grilled salmon which is as good as you'll find around here. In half a dozen outings there, staff has been polite and efficient, restaurant clean and atmosphere lively and perfect.

This location is amazing! I have been several times and the service is great. The staff are friendly and will go out of their way for you. The salads, pizzas and steaks are all unique and phenomenal. There is a good selection of wines and a few unique beers. Overall a great place!

Excellent wood fired pizza. We ordered three pizzas and a vegetable entree. Vegetables were varied and very good with local vegetables, risotto, and balsamic vinegar. Pizzas were different but in a good way. They had their own take on them and they were all mighty tasty. There were multiple non tomato based options. We liked the dipping bread so much that we ordered a loaf of bread to take home.
