    Service was okay. We never received one of our sides and the server was a bit slow at refilling our drinks. Steak was a tad undercooked. Overall, food still tasted great and our waiter was very nice

    Restaurant is lovely. Decor also, very appealing. Loved the cashiers in back , out of the way to avoid so much congestion-especially on weekends.
    Hubby & I went in on a Saturday, knew it would be busy. We were sat within 30 minutes with no issues.
    There was an issue on our steak order.
    No big deal, had to wait a bit longer.
    Long story short , manager (older gentleman w/ glasses) super kind came over to inform us of the situation & took care of it -no questions asked. He is an absolute GRAND reflection
    of an AWESOME Cracker Barrel! Keep up the great work & train those youngsters your way ... with professionalism & a smile! God bless , I can tell your 1 of a kind!

    This was a fairly new location - loved the store layout ... Cashier's were at back of store - makes a big difference when checking out - no congestion at restaurant entrance .... Restaurant was more open - didn't have full walls between sections. Meal was great as always - server Luis was very friendly & polite!
