Cotton Patch Cafe

I had a hamburger and fries. It was really good. The waitress kept my water glass full with no complaint. I hadn't been to Cotton Patch for awhile, but I am glad to have become reacquainted.

My family loves Cotton Patch Cafe. And we love it when our waiter in Chris. He's the best. Very friendly, polite and attentive. He deserves a huge raise. The food the good too. Their chicken fried chicken is the best!

First time here and we discovered the chicken-fried bacon which I haven't seen at any other place before... They were so good that I just want to go back and have one order just for myself (they are an appetizer, 6pcs) instead of sharing. The rest of the food was also good. Service was great and fast even though the places was full.

Cotton Patch is a good place to get your traditional southern fare, a meat and potatoes kind of place. The food at the Rockwall location is good but has gone downhill the last few years. Of course you still get the rolls and cornbread before the meal and the service has always been great. However, the quality of food is hit and miss. Some days it's served hot and ready, other days the food is warm and the mashed potatoes are dry.
There is a small party room in the back for parties which is free to reserve but the main dining area is pretty big so the wait isn't long.
